Ladies 1s travelled to Blueharts for their first game back after what felt like a very long half term break. With our eyes on promotion, captain Faye’s pre match team talk was fairly clear – get the win, take the points , stay top of the table... “Simples” – or maybe not!

Ladies 3s v Potters Bar was a very scrappy game from both sides in the first half. There was even a game of tennis played between 3 players and dangerous play called by the umpires on a few occasions.

Ladies 3’s got back to winning ways with a 4-1 win against Shefford and Sandy.

From the outset Blueharts demonstrated why they are pushing for promotion this season.  This young team were skilled, well drilled and made their intentions clear from the first moments of the match, putting our defence under immediate and sustained pressure.

With temperatures of what felt like 35°C, the ladies 2s headed to Hertford for a prime-time 12 o'clock game.
