Womens U14 29/01/2012

On Sunday 29th January, eight girls from the BHHHC hockey academy: Sophie Beard, Maddie Bentley, Sarah Harris, Claudia Jones, Ruby Lloyd, Eli MacDonald, Keelin McKenna and Melissa Morton represented Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead Hockey Club to play in the regional friendly U14 girls tournament at Buckingham.

  They played at the grand venue of Stowe School and although the tournament was all about fun and fair play, the Berkhamsted girls played really well as a team and beat some of the strongest teams in the region.  They played six games, with 3 wins against Wycombe, Southgate and Tring. One draw 2-2 against Oxford Hawks and narrowly lost against the two Buckingham home sides.
