Training for U12s is every Sunday morning (10:20-12:00) and Wednesday evenings (6-7pm) between September and Easter on the astro at the clubhouse in Cow Roast.

This time is dedicated to focusing individual skills, learning the rules, positional play and working as a team. This preparation is valuable when playing in tournaments which usually take place monthly (usually on a Sunday), where each team plays 3-4 games.

The best part of being involved with the youth coaching team is seeing our youngsters progress over the course of a season both in skill and confidence, seeing children come out of their shell and watching lifetime friendships form.
