Match fees are payable in the Adult section are prompted through Pitchero after games have been played. They can be paid using a debit/credit card through the "Your account" section of the website and through the Pitchero Club app. iPhone users can use Apple Pay.

The rates are:

League Fixtures and Friendlies against other Clubs where match teas are provided

Standard rate	£12
Concessions	£7
Casual Players	£22

Friendlies against other Clubs and Intra-club Friendlies (only involving club members) where match teas are not provided

Standard rate	£7
Concessions	£4.50

The concessions rate applies to full-time students, children and the unemployed.

If you umpire a game, you do not need to pay a match fee if you also play in a game on the same day.

If you are asked to play in a second game on the same day due to poor availability meaning that the second fixture would otherwise have been cancelled, you do not need to pay a match fee for the second game.

Casual players can play up to 6 games a season. To be eligible to play in subsequent games an annual subscription to the Adult section must be purchased. Casual players are not eligible to attend training sessions.

For summer league games and Sunday games organised outside of Pitchero, Match Fees are charged at the discretion of the captain of the participating team and may be collected in cash or bank transfer rather than through Pitchero.
