The Annual General Meeting for Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead Hockey Club Ltd will be held at 15:00 on 12th July 2025 in the Clubhouse at Lockhart Field, Cow Roast, HP23 5RF.

The AGM will follow the agenda as attached.

Closer to the AGM we will distribute a copy of the slides to be presented at the AGM.

Please note that in accordance with our articles of association any matters for Any Other Business proposed by a member to be discussed at an AGM shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary (secretary@berkohockeyclub.com) at least 7 days prior to the meeting, otherwise the Chairman of the AGM shall have the right (in his absolute discretion) to accept or reject the item.

We very much hope that you can attend the meeting. Attendance in person is very much preferred but for those who cannot attend we will attempt to provide remote access to the meeting. It should be noted that we require at least 50 members to attend to have quorum.
