It was a sunny Sunday in Rickmansworth and the under 12 boys were playing three games in total.
The first game was against Blueharts which did not go too well and by the second half we were understanding how they played as a team and how we could mark them. The second team that we were against was Hertford, who had an excellent striker that smashed the ball at the goal but we realised as we were getting ready for the second half we had to mark people and stay alert for any sneaky passes or goals. The last game we played was against St Albans who we drew against. By the second half we all agreed that we were getting better each match we played. We worked well on the marking and did a good gob at tackling and defending. The player who deserves an extra well done was our keeper, Archie, who saved a lot of goals and helped a lot during the tournament.
The things that we could work on are looking up before passing but also marking right from the start of matches.
