Sunday morning sessions start on 10th September and finish on 17th December, with no sessions on the half term weekends of 22nd and 29th October. The U8s / U10s session will be from 9:30am to 10:30am and the U12s / U14s session will be from 10:20am to 11:30am (with the first ten minutes of the session being used for a warmup).

For U8s, parents are expected to stay for the duration of their session. We have a viewing mount behind the astro for spectators. For all other age groups parents must be contactable if not pitch side for their child’s session.

Hertfordshire Hockey have scheduled tournaments for 24th September, 15th October, 5th and 26th November. As these tournaments are hosted by club throughout Hertfordshire, some travel will be involved for children selected to participate in these tournaments. When details of tournaments are known, the calendar in Pitchero will be updated. On these Sundays, there will just be a single hour session starting at 9:30am for children not taking part in tournaments.

Currently, we do not yet have Team Managers for the U8s Mixed (combined boys and girls) and the U10 Boys teams. Until volunteers are found to manage these teams, they may not be entered into tournaments.

Wednesday Evenings

Wednesday evening training for U12s and U14s starts on 6th September and finishes on 13th December, with no session during half-term (25th October). These will be from 6pm to 7pm. High performing U10 players may be invited to join these sessions.

Social Events

A Youth Social has been provisionally scheduled for the evening of Friday 17th November 2023.
