Courts can be booked by the public up to 7 days in advance. Booking slots are for 60 or 90 minutes. Bats provided free of charge for new players.

No user may book a more than 5 peak-time courts per week and no more than 2 courts a day.

Subscription

Berko Padel also offer Users the option to become a Subscriber and benefit from the following:

• Booking up to 14 days in advance
• a discount of 30% on the subscribers’ part of a booking
• Access to Subscriber only events organised by Berko Padel such as a Subscriber Night on Thursday evenings
• Access to changing rooms and shower facilities when completed

Subscription Prices

We will have a limit on the total amount of subscribers allowed, once we have reached this limit you will have the option to join a waiting list. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without refunds.

BHHHC Members

Berko Padel is separate from the hockey club so BHHHC members need to make bookings to use the facility in the same way as other users.

Coaches

Only coaches approved by Berko Padel may provide coaching services at the facility

Booking and Subscription Process

Courts can be booked easily through the Playtomics app.
NB You don't need to pay for a Premium Plan subscription to book our courts.

Playtomic facilitates the booking and payment process but the contract for the provisions of Services (including Subscriptions) is between the User and BHHHC (Trading) Ltd (Berko Padel) and is subject to the laws of England and Wales. These are the specific policies regarding the use of the Facilities, cancellations and refunds that apply to bookings. The terms used here including without limitation ‘User’ ‘Services’ are as defined in the Playtomic Legal Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Court bookings can be cancelled if made more than 24 hours before the booking starts and booking fees will be refunded.

Berko Padel reserves the right to temporarily suspend a User’s ability to make bookings for persistent late cancellations or no-shows

Weather Cancellations: There are no refunds or rescheduling for rain-related cancellations. The courts are all-weather turf. Refunds will only be issued in cases of severe weather at the clubs discretion.

The courts may have to be closed for maintenance in which case you will receive a full refund.
