By making any booking or attending the facility Users agree to the specific policies for the use of the facilities contained here or posted on signs at the venue. Berko Padel may terminate a booking or suspend Users ability to make bookings if Users fail to comply. Berko Padel may changes these conditions of use from time to time and it is up to the User to check before they make a booking.
Users also:
- agree that they will comply with the LTA codes of conduct and policies adopted by Berko Padel from time to time. These links are on the website.
- agree that to be able to use or attend the facilities, under 18s must have an adult present who is fully responsible for and will supervise them.
- agree that they will not play padel while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- accept that parking is provided free of charge but at Users own risk. Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead Hockey Club Ltd is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
- acknowledge and accept all risks of injury or death associated or resulting from playing Padel and Users confirm that they are responsible for assessing whether they are fit to play.
- to the fullest extent permitted by law, waive, release, and discharge any claims against Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead Hockey Club Ltd, BHHHC (Trading) Ltd, its employees, and agents for injury, illness, death, property loss, or damage that may arise from attending the Facility. Nothing in this waiver limits the Users legal rights in cases of negligence that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Emergency Medical Consent
In case of injury or illness, Users consent to first aid being administered and for Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead Hockey Club Ltd or BHHHC (Trading) Ltd to seek medical attention on the User’s behalf without becoming liable for any emergency care provided in good faith.
